Scope
This policy covers information handled by Thete Technologies through this website and in connection with our software, apps, ERP systems, websites, business automation, digital products, remote IT support, outsourcing, digital branding, practical IT training and REACHIVO. Based in India, serving businesses, startups, institutions and partners across India and internationally through remote delivery and support. A client project or product may have additional agreed data-handling terms.
Information you provide and website enquiries
We may receive your name, business details, email, phone number, service requirements and correspondence when you contact us. The website enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser; it does not submit the form to our website server. Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared text to WhatsApp for you to review and send. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information in enquiries.
Service and training information
Depending on the engagement, we may handle project files, support records, training registration or attendance details, and information needed to deliver the agreed service. Remote support and outsourcing may involve access to client systems, diagnostic information or project records. Such access should be authorized and limited to the agreed work; ongoing access or monitoring requires an agreed scope.
REACHIVO communication and CRM data
REACHIVO processes business contacts and lists, message templates and content, customer replies, sending queues, Accepted / Delivered / Read / Failed status updates, campaign records, lead details, follow-ups, source attribution and recorded conversion outcomes. This supports business messaging, conversations, reporting and lead follow-ups. For customer data supplied by a business, that business determines the communication purpose and is responsible for providing notices and obtaining the permissions required to collect, upload and use the data. Thete Technologies processes that data to provide the agreed product and support.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed services, provide support, protect systems and data and meet applicable obligations. Relevant REACHIVO contact and message data passes through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive messages and obtain status updates. Hosting, communication and other service providers may process information needed to deliver the service, including outside India depending on the provider. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell personal information or use customer contact lists for unrelated marketing.
Website technology and external services
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, online accounts or payment processing. Its hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and access logs to operate and secure the site. External services, including WhatsApp, apply their own privacy policies when you use them.
Retention and data protection
Information is retained for the relevant enquiry, service or support purpose and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Product and client-project retention arrangements depend on the agreed service and deployment. REACHIVO is intended for business use. If training involves a minor, participation and necessary information sharing should be arranged with a parent or guardian.
