Website and service scope
These terms describe use of this website and our services: software, apps, ERP systems, websites, business automation, digital products, remote IT support, outsourcing, digital branding, practical IT training and REACHIVO. Based in India, serving businesses, startups, institutions and partners across India and internationally through remote delivery and support. Website descriptions are general information, not a binding quotation. Scope, deliverables, availability, fees, timelines, support and any cancellation or refund terms must be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement before paid work begins. Specific agreed terms govern the relevant engagement.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate requirements and information, timely feedback, and only content, data and system access you are authorized to share. You remain responsible for your business operations and required permissions. Remote IT support and outsourcing require authorized system access, agreed responsibilities and appropriate handling of confidential data. Clients should maintain suitable backups and confirm any access or change approvals needed for the work. Training content, schedules and any certificates must be confirmed before enrolment; training does not guarantee employment, placement or earnings.
REACHIVO and WhatsApp setup
REACHIVO is developed by Thete Technologies and integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform for campaigns, conversations and lead management. Live WhatsApp Cloud API use depends on applicable Meta Business Verification requirements, WABA setup, phone number approval and registration, approved message templates where required, and ongoing Meta policy compliance. Meta determines verification, approvals, messaging limits and platform access. Thete Technologies does not guarantee Meta Business Verification approval, template approval, delivery, read receipts or uninterrupted third-party access. Integration does not imply an official Meta or WhatsApp partnership or endorsement.
Responsible messaging and data use
Businesses using REACHIVO must have the rights and permissions needed to upload contacts and communicate with recipients, provide appropriate privacy notices, obtain required opt-in permission and honor opt-out requests. Spam, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorized contact harvesting and attempts to bypass platform restrictions are prohibited. You are responsible for campaign content, recipient selection and compliance with applicable law and Meta policies. Use approved templates when required. Messaging or support may be limited or suspended for misuse or platform restrictions.
Reporting and third-party dependencies
Accepted means a send request was accepted for processing, not that it was Delivered. Delivered, Read and Failed reporting depends on available platform updates; a missing read receipt does not establish that a message was unread. Campaign attribution and conversions depend on the records and configuration supplied. Third-party outages, policy changes, charges and limits can affect services. Any applicable third-party fees and support arrangements should be confirmed in your agreement.
Ownership and confidentiality
Thete Technologies branding and website materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy or misuse them without permission. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, source code, training materials and third-party components are determined by the relevant written agreement and licenses. Each party should share confidential information only as needed for the engagement and through agreed channels.
Availability, outcomes and liability
We aim to keep website information accurate but features and availability may change. No particular sales, conversion, operational or business outcome is promised. Service warranties, remedies and liability terms belong in the applicable written agreement; nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us promptly if information is inaccurate or you experience a service issue.
Questions, changes and applicable law
Please raise concerns with Thete Technologies so we can try to resolve them directly. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights and any valid engagement-specific agreement. We may update these website terms and will revise the date above. Changes to an existing paid engagement should be handled under its agreed terms.
